With the latest arrival of 2 automated RMQCs and 3 automated CRMGs, CWIT is in the final stages of Phase 1 completion. The terminal is now equipped with 18 fully automated Cantilever Rail Mounted Gantry Cranes (CRMGs) and 8 automated Rail Mounted Quay Cranes (RMQCs), with more to arrive during Phase 2.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As the terminal prepares for its operational debut in the first quarter of 2025, commissioning, installation, and rigorous testing of the equipment are ongoing. The terminal\u2019s focus on diversity, automation, and sustainability underscores its vision to redefine the region\u2019s maritime industry. CWIT has already received notable attention for this operational model which, combined with robust automation, will further reduce vessel turnaround times and improve productivity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>CWIT\u2019s commitment to sustainability is reflected in its fully electric fleet of cranes and Internal Terminal Vehicles (ITVs), significantly reducing emissions and reinforcing its dedication to environmentally friendly operations.
