The session was attended by representatives from PROJAR Lanka, members of DFCC Bank\u2019s Business Banking team, and officials from the DFCC Bank Kuliyapitiya Branch.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Designed as a practical engagement, the session centred on financial literacy, banking fundamentals, and entrepreneurship development, equipping participants with insights to better manage cash flows, strengthen operations, and support long-term business continuity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The programme was facilitated by Dinusha Rajaratne of the Ceylon Chamber of Commerce, who shared perspectives on financial discipline and business decision-making, with a focus on challenges faced by suppliers operating within export-linked industries.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Commenting on the initiative, Pradeep De Alwis, Vice President \u2013 Head of Business Banking at DFCC Bank, said: \u201cAt DFCC Bank, we recognise the importance of strengthening supplier networks that support Sri Lanka\u2019s export economy. Through \u2018Wyapara Hamuwa,\u2019 we aim to provide practical financial knowledge and support businesses in building more structured and sustainable operations.
