At a pivotal stage where the Sri Lanka Export Credit Insurance Corporation (SLECIC) is building on a strong foundation and embracing a renewed strategic direction, the Corporation has announced the appointment of Upeksha Subasinghe as its new General Manager. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Subasinghe is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in Human Resource Management, Administration and Leadership. He holds a Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Human Resource Management, from the University of Kelaniya and an MBA from the Postgraduate Institute of Management, University of Sri Jayewardenepura (PIM). He has also completed a leadership programme at the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad, India.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
With over a decade of experience in both local and international settings, he has held senior roles acrossSales and Marketing, Human Resources and Administration. His previous positions include leadership roles at the Open University of Sri Lanka and the Sri Lanka Atomic Energy Board and leading private sector organizations, both locally as well as internationally.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
As General Manager, Subasinghe is expected to drive innovation, agility, and strategic growth, further strengthening SLECIC\u2019s role in supporting Sri Lanka\u2019s export sector in an evolving global environment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
