Vallibel Finance, re-launched in 2007 under the leadership of Chairman Dhammika Perera and Managing Director Jayantha Rangamuwa, has demonstrated a strong growth trajectory, emerging as one of Sri Lanka\u2019s top five finance companies within a relatively short period.
