Varun Beverages Lanka (Pvt.) Ltd. (VBLL), a leading carbonated beverage manufacturer and the official bottling and distribution franchise of PepsiCo beverages in Sri Lanka, recently announced the opening of its new medical center, \u201cAARU Health Clinic,\u201d dedicated to serving the underprivileged communities neighboring its plant in Embulgama, Ranala.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The RJ Foundation, the CSR arm of Varun Beverages, launched the AARU Health Clinic initiative in 2022 near its factory establishments across India to provide access to free and quality health care support, to underserved communities especially economically weaker and disadvantaged sections of society.  The expansion and established of AARU Health Clinic in Sri Lanka are also part that initiative which reflects Varun Beverages Lanka Pvt Ltd\u2019s commitment to the well-being of the communities where it operates. \u201cAARU\u201d will provide essential free medical consultations with qualified doctors, access to free medication, and free laboratory testing facilities making the quality health care affordable and accessible for all. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Clinic was inaugurated in the presence of dignitaries and VBL officials. Mr.Sandeep Kumar, Country Head \u2013 Sri Lanka at Varun Beverages Lanka Pvt Ltd, commented, \u201cWe are incredibly proud to launch \u2018AARU\u2019 and offer our neighbors critical healthcare services.  This initiative reflects Varun Beverages Lanka Pvt Ltd\u2019s commitment to building a healthier future for the communities where we operate.
