EFL 3PL – the country’s most progressive 3rd Party Logistics Solutions Provider – has been certified as a Great Place to Work® with a benchmark score of 94% on the Trust Index© Survey, beating the national top-40-workplaces average of 85%. EFL 3PL also outperformed the 40 best Sri Lankan companies across all five dimensions of the overall employee experience assessed during the survey; namely Credibility, Respect, Fairness, Pride and Camaraderie.
