The year 2020 saw the launch of Huawei Nova 7i, one of the most embraced mid-range smartphones up to date. Even though it was launched last year, it continues to be popular among smartphone users due to the great value for money features it possesses.

One of the major attractions of Nova 7i is its stunning design with a matte finish similar to the previous smartphones in the Nova family. Its curved aluminum frame makes it highly comfortable to hold in the hand. Its scenic color variants Sakura Green, Midnight Black and Crush Green colors add a new dimension to the device’s design. Nova 7i comes with a 6.4 inches dew drop display that provides an immersive viewing experience while enhancing the overall appearance of the smartphone. Nova 7i comes with a 1080×2310 resolution and 83.5% screen-to-body ratio with minimum bezels which is ideal for playing games, watching movies and browsing the internet.

Even though Nova 7i is a mid-range device, its camera department is a cut above the rest from devices of its same price range. Its quad camera set up with 48MP main camera, 8MP Ultra wide angle camera, 2MP Macro camera and 2MP Depth camera let the user be creative and shoot clearer and breath-taking photos.  Its AI powered Super Night Mode feature enables the user to capture blur-free photos and videos in dim/low light environment. The camera set up comes with creative modes such as Portrait, Panaroma, HDR, Slow motion, Moving picture, Super Macro and Time lapse. Nova 7i also features a 16MP selfie camera that captures clearer and detailed photos.

In terms of power and performance, Nova 7i is ahead of most other mid-range devices as it packs a 8GB RAM + 128GB storage and a Kirin 810 chipset. The combination of the powerful chip and 8GB RAM ensures a faster and smoother performance even when playing heavy games.

Nova 7i is powered with a 4200mAh bigger battery that enables the user continuously engage in smartphone tasks without any interruption from frequent battery drain. Its 40W Huawei super charge technology charges the device up to 70% in just 30 minutes, which is another plus for heavy mobile users.

Even after a year of its launch, Nova 7i beats most of the midrange smartphone in terms of innovative design, high quality camera, powerful RAM and a class-leading chip. Huawei Nova 7i is available to purchase from all Huawei experience centers, island-wide Singer showrooms and can be ordered online via Daraz.lk and Singer.lk.
