Gets two new awards for ‘15 Best Workplaces for Millennials™ in Sri Lanka in 2022’ and for “Excellence in Encouraging Opportunities for Innovation”

Leading ICT solutions provider Huawei Technologies Lanka has been Great Place to Work Certified for the fourth time by the independent analysts at Great Place to Work® Sri Lanka.  Moreover, apart from being certified as a Great Place to Work, Huawei Technologies Lanka has also been recognized in the esteemed list of ‘50 Best Workplaces™ in Sri Lanka in 2022’ for the second consecutive year.  Company has additionally won two new awards this year being recognized among the ‘15 Best Workplaces for Millennials™ in Sri Lanka for 2022’ and also being recognized for “Excellence in Encouraging Opportunities for Innovation”. A ceremony was recently held at the Huawei office in Colombo to celebrate these four Great Place to Work Achievements.

This recognition has been received for Huawei’s sustained focus on fostering a culture of high-trust, integrity, growth, and care for the employees while the company is advancing its journey of digitalization, intelligent transformation, and low carbon neutralization. Huawei earned this credential based on extensive ratings provided by its employees in independent anonymous survey conducted by Great Place to Work® Sri Lanka and a robust submission on its people practices.
