DIMO Agribusinesses concluded the “DIMO Care Camp,” a complimentary tractor service camp strategically organized in agricultural regions across the island. The camp, which was aimed at assisting farmers in their season preparations, garnered significant participation from a large number of tractor owners, marking its success.
DIMO Agribusinesses, the agricultural arm of DIMO, delivers top-notch agriculture machinery from globally renowned brands such as Mahindra and Claas to Sri Lanka, accelerating agriculture mechanization in the country. Extending its commitment beyond delivering cutting-edge machinery, the company fosters world-class aftersales care for agriculture machinery further strengthening mechanization in the industry. The main objective of the “DIMO Care Camp” initiative was to deliver top-notch service to all tractor owners preparing for the Maha season, leveraging the company’s extensive experience and expertise in providing after-sales services for agriculture machinery. With this objective “DIMO Care Camp” offered complimentary inspection and service for any tractor brand while providing exclusive discounts on spare parts for the tractor owners gearing for Maha season.
The “DIMO Care Camp” initiative spanned 12 days, reaching several agricultural districts including Batticaloa, Kurunegala, Anuradhapura, Polonnaruwa, and Ampara. In each of these districts, the programme was specifically focused on the towns of Chenkaladi, Uhana, Sewanapitiya, Galnewa, Ibbagamuwa, and Galenbidunwewa successfully. Numerous tractor owners across various brands actively engaged in these programmes experiencing internationally acclaimed service excellence.
